Steps
For Taking Database Backup :-
It is strongly recommended that you backup
your database at daily basis and before taking
important
changes in database.
1 ) Oracle Based Products
( cApex, fopro, Commex, Dpora2, Cdsl2, DGCommex etc. )
2 )
SQL Based Products
( Maind, Maindfo, Fo, Comsql, etc. )
1.
Oracle Based Products :-
a
) For
taking backup of database go to utilities >> Click
on BackUp of Database
b)
Select Drive and Enter file name
c)
Backup log file ( If last line of log file not coming
"IMPORT TERMINATED SUCCESSFULLY WITHOUT WARNINGS" then
contact "Shilpi Support")
d) Backup of database completed with this message

2. SQL
Based Products :-
a ) For
taking backup of database go to utilities >> Click
on Check Database Before BackUp
b)
Click on Start and wait until any
message appears
c) If below given message window doesn't appears
contact Shilpi Customer Support
d) Exit from package and close
SQLBase Engine window running on task bar
e) Double click on backup icon created on your
desktop
( if you don't find any such icon contact Shilpi
Support )
f) Wait until "ok" message appears
(do not stop
this process, doing such it may corrupts your current backup)
